Orders Policy

1. Order Cancellation Policy: Request for cancellation must be made before the order has shipped. Orders can not be cancelled once they have been shipped. 

2. Refund Policy: Since results may vary there are no refunds.

3. Returned Orders: Orders returned to us by the carrier for any reason will incur new shipping charges if we are to re-ship the order. If the customer chooses not to have the order re-shipped, the customer will incur the processing/shipping fee before any funds will be issued. 

4. Wholesale Orders: Please email us at support@xtrabod.com for discounted wholesale pricing. There is a 25 bottle minimum. All wholesale orders are final sale. No Returns No Exchange will be accepted. 

5. All orders are shipped within 48 business hours after a completed payment.
